In our core business fields, we develop and produce innovative products and solutions for patients, ranging from high-tech applications in negative pressure therapy to modern wound dressings.

Your role: 

  • Global Collaboration: Work closely with international sales teams and management to align goals and refine processes.
  • Revenue Optimization: Ensure precise tracking of revenue metrics and maintain comprehensive dashboards for leadership.
  • Forecasting Excellence: Elevate forecasting accuracy with your analytical skills and insights.
  • Operational Standardization: Transform operations by harmonizing processes globally while maintaining flexibility for local markets.

  • Dynamic Collaborator and team player: You thrive in cross-functional environments, forging strong partnerships to drive collective success.
  • Experienced Visionary: With a background in Revenue or Sales Operations, you excel at connecting strategic priorities with operational execution.
  • Analytical Strategist: Your exceptional problem-solving skills are matched by your ability to anticipate challenges and propose innovative solutions.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in German is a valuable plus.
  • Tech-Savviness: You’re proficient in MS Office, SAP/R3, QlikSense, PowerBI, enabling seamless operational execution.

For this full-time position, we offer you a minimum annual gross salary of € 49,000.00. The actual salary will depend on your professional experience and qualifications. Let’s talk about it.
