Your role:
- Translate the commercial strategy into actionable steps and daily operations
- Develop and execute market entry plans for new products and services
- Conduct market and competitor analyses to identify opportunities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize product launches
- Manage campaigns and activation measures to drive market growth
- Oversee strategic initiatives and promote commercially-oriented decisions
Your experience and skills:
- Degree in economics, business administration, marketing, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in commercial roles, focusing on strategy, marketing, or product management
- Proven expertise in go-to-market strategies and product launches
- Strong project management and market analysis skills
- Excellent collaboration and communication abilities
- Fluent in business-level German (C2) and English (minimum C1)
- Inspiring personality with a focus on teamwork and cooperation
