Your role:
- Develop and implement the commercial strategy into actionable steps and day-to-day operations
- Analyze and define the ideal organizational structure to achieve commercial objectives
- Develop and execute change management initiatives to ensure successful organizational transformation
- Collaborate with HR to recruit, retain, and develop talent to support business goals
- Ensure that the organization remains flexible, adaptive, and future-oriented
- Oversee and manage strategic initiatives for commercial strategy implementation
- Promote commercially-oriented decision-making in all relevant situations
Your experience and skills:
- Degree in economics, business administration, or a related field
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in commercial roles, with a focus on strategy and change management
- Strong expertise in organizational development, workforce planning, and change management
- Excellent analytical, communication, and collaboration skills
- Fluency in business-level German (level C2 or mother tongue) and English (min. level C1)
